Welcome to my webpage. I decided to launch this webpage when I noticed that despite the different shapes and different administrative entities I have been running projects under, there is a continuity that needs a plattform of its own. I am the executer behind the different projects and activities presented on this page. The passion behind all the activities is the drive to create a more just, balanced and vivid world both locally and globally and it is on this trajectory I aim to go on.
On this page are presented both social and educational projects that I am or have been running, as well as art projects, my publications on the topics and a blog under the Sex&Politics where i share reflections on world topics, locally and globally mostly related to exactly what the headline indicates, sexual health and political status on the matter.
Over the past years I have been working with research, project management in NGO’s, teaching and journalism. My particular focus in most of these activities are gender, sexuality, equality and wellbeing. At this moment I am also aiming for becoming a meditation instructor. Through my own experience of meditations based on breathing exercises I have realized how profoundly it can release stress and enhance a wholesome wellbeing, also when the starting point is a state of being deeply troubled.
